Tips are allowed to move slightly offscreen when a scrollbar is in the way

Reported by ronin-80275 (at lighthouseapp) | December 19th, 2009 @ 01:38 PM | in

I'm not quite sure this needs to be fixed at all, but here goes: Put a large tip near the right edge of a browser window and it'll be allowed to go underneath the vertical scrollbar, thus creating an horizontal scrollbar at the bottom; once you get past the scrollbar and outside of the browser window, the tooltip is repositioned left of the mouse cursor and the problem is gone.

In position(), "var size" is initialized to "window.getSize()" which is the window size including the scrollbars, at least on Chrome and Firefox (this may well be different on other browsers).

If I change "var size" to be "{x: document.html.offsetWidth, y: document.html.offsetHeight}" instead, then the correct "browser size - visible scrollbars" value is taken, but I suppose this could fail under certain circumstances (min-width used on html element?).
