Sortable Tables In FF: cannot click button element

Reported by Will Barnes | April 14th, 2010 @ 12:30 AM | in rc1

If a sortable table's item contains a button, you cannot click on that button.
Browser: Firefox

The below code compares a Sortable Table to a Sortable List. Sortable list works great!

Example Layout:

        <table id="sortablesTable">
                    <td><span>row 1</span></td>
                    <td><button onclick="javascript: alert('row 1 click');">R1</button></td>
                    <td><span>row 2</span></td>
                    <td><button onclick="javascript: alert('row 2 click');">R2</button></td>
                    <td><span>row 3</span></td>
                    <td><button onclick="javascript: alert('row 3 click');">R3</button></td>
        <ul id="sortablesList">
            <li>row 1 <button onclick="javascript: alert('row 1 click');">R1</button></li>
            <li>row 2 <button onclick="javascript: alert('row 2 click');">R3</button></li>
            <li>row 3 <button onclick="javascript: alert('row 3 click');">R3</button></li>

Example JS Code:
@@@ Javascript

            thisSortables1 = new Sortables($('sortablesTable').getElement('tbody'), {constrain:true,clone:false,snap:6,revert:true});

            thisSortables2 = new Sortables($('sortablesList'), {constrain:true,clone:true,snap:6,revert:true});
