Accordion height issues

Reported by rick | December 3rd, 2009 @ 10:55 PM

When an accordion is created w/ the height option set to true (default), resizing the browser window will cause the shown accordion item's content to be clipped if the contents can't fit in the allotted space.

Additionally, if you set the height option to false, clicking on another accordion item will cause the previous opened item to vanish but its space isn't reclaimed/collapse. also, when resizing the browser window in this mode, the contents do not clip like the case described above. i'm not sure if this is the expected behavior, but it does appear strange.

here is an example:

<script type="text/javascript" src="/include/javascript/lib/mootools/1.2.3/mootools-1.2.3-core.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/include/javascript/lib/mootools/1.2.3/mootools-1.2.3.1-more.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
    function init() {
        var a = new Accordion($$('.item'), $$('.item ul'), {
            height: true
        });
    }
</script>

    </ul>
